Description
Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant allows mobile workers to send and receive structured messages. Structured messages include phone call requests, text interaction, notifications, and action requests. These messages are prioritized by urgency and importance and displayed so that they can be processed by the recipient in the correct order. The Avaya Mobile Activity Assistant is compatible with the Avaya one-X® Mobile SIP client. Phone call requests automatically launch the one-X® Mobile SIP client to make calls.
